The Sacred Promise: How Science Is Discovering Spirit's Collaboration with Us in Our Daily Lives by Gary E. Schwartz (Author), John Edward (Foreword).
Sacred Promise brings us into the laboratory of scientist Dr. Gary Schwartz, the place he establishes the existence of the Spirit by its own Willful Intent-a proof of concept of deceased spirits. The creator takes readers on a personal journey into the world of angels and spirits and divulges their existence and want to help.
Dr. Schwartz candidly discusses the challenges as well as the rewards of connecting with Spirit. He poses several necessary questions. What if our feelings of vacancy, loneliness, hopelessness, and meaninglessness are literally fostered by our belief in a “spiritless” Universe? What if our bodily starvation is symptomatic of a better spiritual hunger? What if the Spirit is actually all around us, able to fill us with energy, hope, and path, if we're ready to ingest it? What if the Spirit is like air and water, available for us to attract within; that is, if we choose to seek it?
Sacred Promise exhibits how we can attune ourselves and receive this guidance from Spirit, which is all scientifically documented by Dr. Schwartz experiments and research. Put together to suspend your beliefs about Spirit.
This piece by Dr. Schwartz, is what I'd hoped "The G.O.D. Experiments" would have been: a richly woven tapestry of non-public perspective, anecdotal survey, plausible argument and controlled laboratory experiment complete with double blinds, statistical analyses & journal publication. In a nutshell, what I like about Gary Schwartz in general and this triumph of mental temerity particularly, is that Gary (he would not realize it, however we're on a first identify foundation now) follows the place the data leads! Wow, what a freakin' concept! Yes, sure, yes, I know dogmatists like Hitchens, Dawkins, Dennett et.al., will discount any such analysis citing all the things from spelling errors to experimental (and intelligent) design flaws; meaning there isn't a proof that can ever convince them otherwise. It's one of these closed mindedness that prevents one from even considering anomalous information (experimental or in any other case) which hog-ties science and truly hinders progress. Luckily Gary appears to abhor this insidious and insipid behavior. Thank G.O.D. Excellent. 5 Stars.
