Every quotation in this informative and entertaining assortment is absolutely documented, and Calaprice has carefully chosen new pictures and cartoons to introduce each section.

This collection of Einstein's own words could be very complete in its choice of subjects. I particularly like the chapter on philosophy. It is usually reliable, because the editor is a professional on Einstein and in my view she has made a serious effort at ensuring accuracy. References to each quote are clearly cited. A lot of the quotes come from main sources, with a few taken from biographies.

I can consider no better introduction to Einstein's science and thought than this marvelous book. It's regrettable that the editor has determined to make this the ultimate edition.

Purchase this, it is the best increase for your mind! I love einstein's views on nonviolence, his words are timeless, if you don't know what reality is, take heed to the love and conviction in this man's carefully chosen words. I want he had made music.
